RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. About this policy

This policy applies to consumer orders delivered within the European Union. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. Where the law applicable to your purchase provides greater protection, including longer claim periods or additional remedies, that protection applies.
2. Your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days
You have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind return period. This does not affect any longer withdrawal period required by applicable law or your rights concerning non-conforming goods.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If several goods ordered together are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the last item. For a product delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the last lot or piece.
You may also notify us that you wish to withdraw before the goods arrive.
If we have not provided the legally required information about your withdrawal right, the withdrawal period is extended as required by applicable law, potentially by up to 12 months beyond the original statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
3. How to notify us
To exercise your withdrawal right, send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may:
• Email cko@swisstech.dk.
• Write to Swiss Tech ApS at Industrikrogen 10, 2635 Ishøj, Denmark.
• Use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy. This form is optional.
Please include your name and enough information to identify the purchase, such as your order number and the goods concerned. An order number is helpful but is not required if we can identify your purchase by other means.
Your notification must be sent before the withdrawal period expires. You do not need our approval or a return authorisation to exercise your statutory withdrawal right.
When you use our online withdrawal function, we will acknowledge your withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium, such as email, including its content and the date and time of submission.
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not, by itself, constitute a withdrawal notice. Please also tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw.
4. Returning the goods
After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the day you notified us of your withdrawal. You meet this deadline if you dispatch the goods before it expires.
Send returns to:
Swiss Tech ApS
Industrikrogen 10
2635 Ishøj
Denmark
Please mark the parcel with your order number, if available.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation or another note identifying your purchase. Return the product with the accessories and other components supplied with it.
Pack the goods securely. We recommend keeping proof of dispatch and using a tracked service. Tracking is a recommendation, not a condition of your statutory withdrawal right.
5. Return shipping costs
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of sending the goods back, provided we informed you of this before you placed your order. If we did not provide that information, we bear the return costs as required by law.
Return costs depend on the carrier, parcel size, weight and country of dispatch. If an item cannot normally be returned by post, we will disclose the return cost, or a reasonable estimate where the cost cannot be calculated in advance, before you purchase it.
If we offer a prepaid label for a change-of-mind return, any charge will be disclosed before you choose it. We will only deduct that charge from your refund with your agreement and where permitted by law.
For a valid claim concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods, we cover the necessary return costs. Please contact us so we can arrange a suitable return method.
6. Product condition and packaging
You may handle and inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would reasonably do in a shop.
If handling goes beyond what is necessary and reduces the goods’ value, you are responsible for that actual reduction in value to the extent permitted by applicable law. This may include damage or wear caused by use beyond a reasonable inspection.
Opening ordinary packaging does not automatically remove your withdrawal right. Original packaging is recommended where available, but it is not a general condition for exercising your statutory right.
If we make a lawful deduction for diminished value, we will explain how we assessed it. We do not charge a fixed restocking or administration fee for statutory withdrawals.
You will not be charged for diminished value where the legally required withdrawal information was not provided.
7. Refunds following withdrawal
If you withdraw from your entire eligible order, we will refund the payments received for that order, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase.
If you selected a more expensive delivery service, such as express delivery, we do not have to refund the additional cost above standard delivery.
If you return only part of an order, we refund the price paid for the returned goods. Any refund of the original delivery charge will be calculated under applicable law, including whether that charge would have been the same for the goods you keep.
We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive them back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a refund fee or require you to accept store credit instead of a refund you are legally entitled to receive.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
8. Personalised and engraved products
The statutory withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as products engraved with a name, logo or custom message.
Where this exception applies, we will inform you before you purchase. Selecting a standard colour, size or other standard option does not, by itself, make a product personalised.
Personalised and engraved goods remain covered by your statutory rights if they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised by us or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
9. Sale items and exchanges
Sale items and products bought using a discount code have the same statutory withdrawal and conformity rights as other eligible goods. Refunds are based on the price actually paid.
We do not offer a separate voluntary exchange right for change-of-mind purchases. You may return eligible goods using your statutory withdrawal right and place a new order for another product.
This does not affect your right to a replacement as a remedy for faulty or non-conforming goods.
10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If your goods arrive damaged, are incorrect, develop a fault or do not match the agreed description, contact cko@swisstech.dk.
Please provide a description of the problem and information identifying your purchase. Photos or a short video may help us assess the issue, but we will not require evidence that is unnecessary or unreasonably burdensome.
Please report delivery damage promptly so we can investigate. We do not impose a 24-hour or 48-hour reporting deadline that removes your statutory rights.
Your legal guarantee generally covers a lack of conformity that existed when the goods were delivered, even if it becomes apparent later. EU consumers have at least two years of statutory protection from delivery. Longer liability periods, limitation periods or other stronger rights under applicable national law remain available.
Any legally applicable presumption that a defect existed at delivery, and the associated rules on evidence, will be respected.
You may normally choose repair or replacement, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs under applicable law. We will provide the remedy free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. This includes necessary postage, labour and materials.
You may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the purchase and receive a refund where the legal conditions are met. These include situations where we refuse or cannot provide the required remedy, do not do so within a reasonable time, the defect persists after an attempted remedy, or the defect is sufficiently serious to justify an immediate remedy. A minor defect does not normally entitle you to terminate the purchase, subject to stronger national rights.
When you lawfully terminate a purchase because of non-conformity, we bear the return costs and refund the amount due within the period required by applicable law.
Normal wear, accidental damage or misuse occurring after delivery is not itself a lack of conformity. However, we will assess whether the problem instead results from inadequate durability, faulty materials, incorrect instructions or another defect for which we are legally responsible.
11. Repair and additional warranties
For purchases made on or after 31 July 2026, where the applicable national rules implementing the EU repair directive apply, choosing repair rather than replacement under the legal guarantee extends the statutory liability period once by at least 12 months. We will inform you about the choice of remedy and any applicable extension before proceeding. Longer or additional national protections remain unaffected.
This policy does not grant a separate voluntary commercial warranty. If a commercial warranty is provided or advertised separately for your product, it remains governed by its applicable warranty statement and does not reduce your statutory rights. You may pursue your statutory claim against us without being required to claim under a manufacturer’s warranty first.
12. Safe returns of batteries and sharp products
Contact us before sending back a product containing a damaged, swollen, leaking or otherwise unsafe lithium battery. We will provide appropriate instructions and, where we are responsible for the problem, arrange the necessary handling at our expense.
For other battery products, follow the carrier’s applicable packaging and transport requirements.
Pack knives, saws and other sharp products so their cutting edges are secured and cannot injure anyone handling the parcel.
These arrangements do not reduce your statutory rights or require you to undertake an unsafe or unlawful shipment.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please send complaints to cko@swisstech.dk, with information identifying your purchase and explaining the issue.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to use the Danish public consumer complaints system through Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, subject to its jurisdiction and eligibility requirements. Information and the complaint portal are available at https://naevneneshus.dk/.
For a cross-border consumer dispute within the EU, you may also contact the European Consumer Centre in your country for assistance: https://www.eccnet.eu/.
These options do not affect your right to bring a claim before a competent court.
14. Business purchases and policy updates
The statutory consumer withdrawal right described here does not apply to purchases made for business purposes. Business returns are governed by the terms agreed for the relevant purchase.
Updates to this policy apply to future purchases. They do not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an order already placed.
15. Model withdrawal form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may instead use any other clear withdrawal statement.
