Last updated: 2 October 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of storeswisstech.com and purchases made through our online store.
In these Terms, “SwissTech”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to:
Swiss Tech ApS

2635 Ishøj
Denmark
Company registration number (CVR): 42856932
Email: cko@swisstech.dk

Please read these Terms before placing an order. You may save or print a copy for your records.
1. Scope and consumer rights
These Terms apply primarily to purchases made by consumers acting outside their trade, business or profession.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights granted to you by mandatory consumer protection law. If mandatory law provides greater protection than these Terms, that protection applies.
Any additional business-to-business conditions must be agreed separately. A business purchase does not carry a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
2. Eligibility and restricted products
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. If you do not, a parent, guardian or other legally authorised person must make the purchase on your behalf.
Some products, including knives and other restricted items, may be subject to age limits or other legal requirements in your country. Where applicable, we may require age or eligibility verification before accepting or dispatching an order.
We will not knowingly supply a product where the sale or delivery would be unlawful. Product availability does not constitute confirmation that possession, carrying or every intended use is lawful in your country.
3. Product information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications and images.
Colours may appear different depending on your screen. Images may show accessories or additional products that are not included; the product description identifies what is supplied.
These qualifications do not affect our obligation to deliver products that match their description and the agreed specifications.
Follow the instructions, warnings and maintenance guidance supplied with each product.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Consumer prices include applicable VAT.
Delivery charges and any other applicable charges are shown before you place your order. You will have the opportunity to review the total price before committing to payment.
Promotional offers apply subject to the conditions and validity period stated with the offer.
We may change prices for future purchases. Such changes do not alter the price of an order already accepted.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement. Any cancellation because of an error will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and payments for a cancelled order will be refunded.
5. Ordering and contract formation
Before submitting your order, check the products, quantities, delivery details and total price. You can correct your information during checkout.
By submitting an order through the payment button, you make an offer to purchase the selected products and acknowledge an obligation to pay if we accept that offer.
An automated email acknowledging receipt of your order does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.
The purchase contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance of your order or send a dispatch confirmation, whichever occurs first.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud or a legal restriction. We will notify you and refund any payment received for the declined order.
After acceptance, any cancellation by us must be permitted by applicable law.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
You must be authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed through the payment providers identified during checkout.
For ordinary stocked products paid for by card, we normally authorise payment when the order is placed and capture it when the products are dispatched. Any permitted different payment arrangement, including payment for personalised goods, will be disclosed before you place the order.
If payment fails, we will notify you so that you can resolve the issue. We may withhold dispatch until payment has been successfully arranged.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the destinations available at checkout. Delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed before purchase.
Unless we agree otherwise, products will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
If delivery is delayed, please contact us. Where required by law, you may give us an additional reasonable period to deliver and cancel if we fail to do so. You may cancel immediately where the law allows, including where we refuse delivery or an agreed delivery deadline was essential.
We remain responsible for loss or damage until you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Different statutory rules may apply if you independently commission a carrier we did not offer.
Please report missing, incorrect or damaged deliveries promptly so we can assist you. Failure to report damage immediately does not remove your statutory rights.
Not collecting or refusing a parcel does not, by itself, constitute a clear notice of withdrawal.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.
The period expires 14 days after you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For several goods ordered together and delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision by email to cko@swisstech.dk or by post to our company address above. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is optional.
You can also send your withdrawal statement online through our contact form at storeswisstech.com/pages/contact.
[Insert the direct link and location of the online withdrawal function.]
You must submit your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires. When using the online function, you will receive confirmation of your submission by email.
Any longer return period expressly offered in our Return & Refund Policy or at purchase also applies under its stated conditions, without reducing your statutory rights.
9. Returning goods and refunds
After notifying us of withdrawal, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days.
Return delivery address: Swiss Tech ApS, Industrikrogen 10, 2635 Ishøj, Denmark
Contact us if you need return instructions. Prior approval or a return authorisation number is not required to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning goods when withdrawing because you changed your mind, unless we agree otherwise. If an item cannot normally be returned by post, we will disclose the applicable return cost or a reasonable estimate before purchase.
You may inspect goods as you would reasonably do in a shop. You are only responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law permits such a deduction.
Please use suitable protective packaging. Original packaging is helpful, but its absence does not automatically remove your withdrawal rights.
For withdrawal from the entire order, we refund the payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery method you selected are not refundable.
Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them.
We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.
10. Exceptions to withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as products engraved with your name, logo or individual design.
Where applicable, it also does not apply to sealed goods genuinely unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. This exception applies only where the legal conditions are met and does not automatically cover all drinkware or opened products.
We will identify applicable exceptions before purchase.
These exceptions do not affect your rights if goods are defective, incorrect or otherwise fail to comply with the contract.
11. Faulty goods and statutory guarantees
EU consumers have a statutory legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery. Longer periods and additional rights may apply under the mandatory law applicable to your purchase.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, contact cko@swisstech.dk with your order details and a description of the problem.
You may request repair or replacement, subject to the conditions in applicable law. Where legally entitled, you may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract for a refund.
Required remedies are provided free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. We bear necessary costs, including appropriate transport costs, for a valid statutory claim.
Damage caused solely by misuse, accidents or ordinary wear is generally not a manufacturing defect. This does not exclude claims arising from inadequate durability, incorrect instructions or other failures to meet legal conformity requirements.
You do not need the original packaging to make a statutory claim.
12. Commercial warranties
Any additional commercial warranty, including a lifetime warranty where expressly offered for a product, applies according to the warranty statement supplied or advertised with that product.
Commercial warranties supplement your statutory rights. They do not replace or shorten those rights, and you may make a statutory claim against us regardless of any manufacturer’s warranty.
13. Personalised products and uploaded designs
For engraving or other personalisation, check the text, spelling, design and instructions before submitting or approving them.
You must own, or have permission to use, any artwork, logo or other content supplied for personalisation.
You grant us permission to use that content solely as necessary to fulfil your order, including sharing it with production providers involved in the work.
We may refuse content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
We remain responsible for producing the goods according to the agreed specifications and for our own production errors.
14. Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for lawful browsing and purchasing.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security or operation, submit malicious code or use the website for fraud.
Website content, including images, text, graphics and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view, save and print material for personal use and retain information relating to your purchases. Other use requires permission unless permitted by law.
15. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies is provided in our Cookie Policy or cookie notice.
Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to marketing communications or non-essential cookies.
16. Liability and events outside our control
Our responsibility for goods and purchases is governed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable product liability and liability for fraud or personal injury.
If an event outside our reasonable control affects fulfilment, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to reduce its impact. Such an event does not remove your statutory rights to cancel or receive a refund.
17. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please first contact cko@swisstech.dk so we can try to resolve your complaint.
Where the complaint falls within its jurisdiction, you may seek assistance from:
Nævnenes Hus
Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager / Forbrugerklagenævnet
Toldboden 2
8800 Viborg
Denmark
https://naevneneshus.dk
Eligibility requirements, value thresholds and fees may apply.
If you live in another EU country, your local European Consumer Centre can advise you about a cross-border complaint.
Your right to bring proceedings before a competent court remains unaffected.
18. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of that country.
You retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version applicable to your order is the version provided when the purchase contract was formed.
Updates do not retrospectively change an existing contract without a lawful basis and, where required, your agreement.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
20. Model withdrawal form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
